4 Ways to Celebrate Christmas in New Cumberland

We all know that New Cumberland is the perfect borough to call home. But, we must admit, it’s even better around the holidays.

The Ready & Able team got together and decided on our four favorite ways to celebrate Christmas, and we’re sharing that with you in this post!

4 Ways to Celebrate!

The local library is a group favorite! They put on two very cool events this time each year. The first is a Holly Luncheon that’s open to all New Cumberland residents. It’s $10 a ticket, but it benefits our local library!

Additionally, they host a Santa’s Secret Workshop event for children. This event takes place in Foundation Hall and is a sort of shopping experience for kids and their families.

Next, check out the Holiday Open House in downtown New Cumberland. They have fire trucks, holiday pet costume contests, and even a craft show at the Senior Center. This is the ultimate way to ring in the Christmas season in our community.

Don’t forget to participate in the Toys for Tots drive this year! The New Cumberland Business & Professional Group is even offering a raffle for those people that donate to the charity.

Finally, check out the homes and businesses in the Holiday Decorating Contest. Most people go all out and make winter wonderland displays in their front windows and on their porches! It’s really fun to look at all the displays.

New Cumberland Christmas

It’s really like nowhere else. Our small-town feel makes the holiday season one of the best times of the year. Celebrate your Christmas in New Cumberland! Merry Christmas from Ready & Able! 717-963-2034
