We were a first time customer when we called on Saturday and are glad we called Ready & Able Plumbing. Our calls were returned promptly and after speaking with an on-call technician we elected to wait until Monday. I knew Saturday evening when Shelly called that a technician would be at our home between 12-4 PM on Monday. At 2:15 PM on Monday, Shelly called to let us know that the technician was on his way. Andy, the technician, arrived around 2:45 PM and expertly repaired our leak and re-seated the toilet in about an hour. When we need plumbing services again, we will definitely call Ready & Able Plumbing.
